Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping At this time, we do not ship internationally. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future — stay tuned!

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at saltandcheeni@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
