Best beans I’ve had. Aromatic and versatile enough for cold brewsto lattes and everything in between

Although nothings better than chai, this one is a close second 😁

I really enjoyed this coffee blend. It had a lot of depth of flavor without tasting burnt like a lot of other coffee. I would definitely get another bag

First, the aroma of the brew lures you. Then the first sip-perfection. The layers of flavors flow across your tongue. Subtle sweetness from a hint of fruit and smooth cocoa without a hint of bitterness. This is what morning begs for!

I am a big coffee connoisseur. I notice the difference between a mediocre roast and something handled with real intention from crop to bag. I have a local spot in Dallas I have been loyal to for a while. I am not someone who switches easily.
Then I went to North Carolina and found Salt & Cheeni. I have not looked back once.
These are some of the best beans I have ever had. Not best for the price. Not best I found on a random trip. Best, full stop, across everything I have tried. That is not a statement I make lightly.
The flavor profile reveals itself differently depending on your brew method, grind size, and water temperature. They reward attention. That alone tells you everything about the quality of the sourcing and the roasting process.
For anyone building out a coffee shop and thinking seriously about where their beans come from, Salt & Cheeni deserves to be at the top of that conversation. One purchase and you will understand exactly what I mean.
Dallas is still home. But my beans are coming from somewhere else now.
